Application
1.Schools wishing to apply for membership should do so by writing a letter that states;
- The school’s desire to be considered for membership
- That the school is in agreement with the Mission Statement and supports the Goals and Objectives of the MFIS (click here for link to page)
- That the school meets the Membership Criteria.
As well as complet and submit the MFIS APPLICATION FORM (to download click here)
2. The name of the applicants will be submitted to the MFIS Board of Directors for approval and the school will be contacted.
3. Once the school is contacted an invoice will be issued for membership fees as well as a form to acquire School information. The school will receive MFIS benefits once the form and the fees have been received by the MFIS office
